Centar za razvojnu politiku i saradnju (CRPS) ima zadovoljstvo da vas pozove da se prijavite na konkurs za trening kurs “Follow me – Find opportunities in life by learning and observing with motivation and empowerment” koji će se održati u Sofiju u Bugarskoj od 20. do 28. novembra 2016. godine.

Pravo prijavljivanja i učešća imaju svi mladi iz Srbije starosti od 18 do 27 godina. Prijavljivanje se vrši popunjavanjem aplikacione forme (ispod), za više informacija pišite isključivo na mail konkurs@crps.org.rs sa nazivom mail-a “BUGARSKA”.

Organizator snosi troškove smeštaja i hrane. Učesnicima će biti refundirani putni troškovi u visini do 180 evra.

‘Follow me’ is a training course for youth workers, youth leaders, EVS mentors on how to use coaching techniques for empowerment of people in non-formal learning activities. During the course the participants will learn how to use the coaching methodology, tools, techniques and best practices to develop competences and qualities of people to realize their full potential and personal values and to find their personal motivation to set and achieve their goals. During the training all the participants will develop their soft-skills like active listening, powerful questioning, direct communication, creating awareness, designing actions, planning and goal setting, managing progress and accountability and etc. The general objective of the ’Follow me’ training is to train and empower educators (youth workers, youth leaders, EVS mentors, etc.) in using coaching techniques and competences in their work (grassroots youth work, youth exchanges, EVS framework, etc.) with the target groups (young people and disadvantaged, those with fewer opportunities, from remote geographical areas and refugees, who need professional intervention and assistance in integration, development, integration into society, their adaptation and increasing tolerance and jointly respect).

As a result of using coaching techniques in the youth work the target group will achieve personal satisfaction, will find its place in society and will be more motivated to achieve its own goals, to find its personal balance and to develop on personal and professional level. The project aims to strengthen the international cooperation between program and partner countries, which determines the current choice of partners. In the project will take part participants from Albania, Bulgaria, FUROM, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Jordan, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain and Turkey. Each partner has extensive experience in exchange programs, trainings and organization of informative, cultural, sports, volunteer and interactive events.

The training course includes several specific stages. The first stage focuses on establishing trust and coaching agreement with the target group. The second one is focused on the discovery process – on finding and setting goals, values, ambitions, vision, dreams and others by using the coaching methodology and improving skills like active listening, powerful questioning, direct communication and creating awareness. The third stage is about giving feedback – a process that occurs between the coach and the coachee. The fourth focuses on results – designing actions, planning and goal setting, managing progress and accountability – competences needed for achieving self-awareness in the individual.

Centar za razvojnu politiku i saradnju uz finansijsku podršku Evropske komisije i grada Novog Pazara organizuje međunarodnu konferenciju “Samit mladih Evrope u Novom Pazaru – Omladinsko preduzetništvo, kreativne industrije” od 3. do 4 juna 2016. godine u Novom Pazaru.

„Samit mladih“ okuplja mlade koji će uz podršku predavača, predstavnika javnog i akademskog života, analizirati sadašnjost i okruženje u kojem živimo, i predvideti šta je ono što je potrebno kako bi se mladi aktivirali i otpočeli svoj biznis.

U okviru „Samita mladih“, organizovaćemo predavanja, panel diskusije i radionice koje će omogućiti razmenu iskustva. Tokom predavanja mladima će biti pružen širok spektar informacija koje će im pomoći u daljem radu i razvoju njihovih ideja, kao i smernice za realizaciju istih.
U toku panel diskusija koje se budu vodile učesnici će moći da postave razna pitanja, kao i da pruže razne sugestije i kritike panelistima.

Učesnici programa su mladi ljudi iz Srbije, Velike Britanije, Grčke, Hrvatske, Bugarske, Turske, Rumunije, Makedonije, Litvanije i Kosova *1244.

[box style=”1 or 2″]The main purpose is to exchange information among European Plastic Arts students and the young who are interested in this field with the help of communication and collaboration.
Mutual sharing of the information and experiences in the field of Plastic Arts and bringing Europe’s Contemporary Painting Art and Print Art together with our traditional Tile Art in the same project is going to be our project’s innovative aspect. In this respect, in order to develop the young’s personal talents and techniques, and to enrich their imagination, three different workshops which are original print, tile, and painting are going to be our main areas of activity.
The Scope of the Activities:

Workshop: The young who are aware of the fact that potato printing which they used to do when they were children is actually a branch of art in their culture are going to share the print art senses in their culture. It is also aimed at embodying experience sharing through exchanging works of art by taking advantage of the reproducible characteristic of print art.
Painting Workshop: We plan to help the young re-discover the historical and cultural places of Bursa with the help of the city tours and increase the memorability skill of them by observing the landscape during the tours and transferring their experiences into their drawing and painting activities in a short period of time. So, we also think that the young are going to gain awareness by interacting with each other.

Workshop: We aim at introducing the tile art which is one of the traditional arts of Bursa and the history of Bursa, and revealing how the traditional artsare perceived by the people from foreign cultures and the effects of the traditional cultures on those people with the help of tile art.[/box]

This project was born from the fact that nowadays young people are both social actors, who express in a more ambitious and idealistic way concepts related to democratic participation, and, especially that category that, more than others, expresses disaffection for political fields.
They should be considered real resources on which to invest, not neglecting their role as aware citizens, critical and active participants in the development of society

As a result, the main objective of this project is to build a bridge on the deep gap that separates young people from institutions, making youngsters aware about democratic participation. It is necessary to create a solid foundation for a synergistic, interactive and continued relationship between young people and policy makers.

It predicts a preparatory stage during which partners will carry out meetings called “local working group”, and also two transnational meetings to be held in Messina, where will be dealt with the issues of youth employment and education and training.
Young people, during the realization of the project, will have the opportunity to experience forms of interaction, both among each other, and with policy makers discussing on issues that affect them personally.

Project’s activities will be based on youth unemployment, non-formal and informal education as a way to improve personal and professional life of young people to increase their competivity in the labour markets, also linked to the knowledge of Erasmus+ program and the opportunities it brings.

The project lasts 19 months. The partners will organize the local preparatory working groups and the two transnational meetings will be organized together. The transnational meetings will be realized from 5th to 7th February 2016 and from 14th to 16th February 2017, travel days excluded, in Messina (Italy).

The basis idea of the project was born during the organization of the Erasmus project of cultural exchange (2014), based on the idea of starting from diversity (cultural, social, historical, of the uses and customs, etc.) to bring out the difference as positive value that can unify and enrich. The project promotes the exchange of knowledge between young people from partner countries, focusing on the different forms of dances and folk songs, on the differences and similarities, and through their knowledge, offer young people the opportunity to cooperate, sperimentandosi together, the realization of a final product but also contribute to building a common history which is that of the United Europe. At this stage, the priority is to retrieve any information (movies, documentaries, native costumes, old songs, folk music) about our project (dance and music as factors of culture) and to carry out a preliminary research work.

Konkurs se objavljuje za sledeće pozicije:

• Sazivanje i održavanje sastanaka sa predstavnicima sekcija učeničkih parlamenata svih škola
• Uspostavljanje saradnje sa institucijama, organizacijama i preduzećima za potrebe sprovođenja projekata
Uslovi za prijavljivanje

Kandidat/kinja mora biti:
• učenik/ca neke od srednjih škola na teritoriji grada Novog Pazara
• učenik/ca 1., 2. ili 3. razreda srednje škole

Youth exchange „Faces of the 21st Century: Draw your own future!“ organized by CRPS – Center for Development Policy and Co-operation will be held from 31st October until 9th of November 2014 in Potsdam, Germany. 40 participants from 8 countries will take part in it (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Turkey).

“What is the European Community?“, “Who builds it?“ and “How do I become a part of it?“ – these are questions participants are going to deal with during our YE. Together we will reflect about the phenomena of communities on a local, regional, a national and a European level. We will analyze and discuss our roles as members in each of these communities. What does this mean for us as individuals and as European citizens? We imagine a peaceful European community based on the foundations of a democratic order and human rights, with active citizenship and solidarity among each other, with a lively intercultural dialogue? But what do these terms mean in reality for each of us?
Self-portraits are not simply the depiction of persons nor the reflection of the inner world of the artist. They also contain the image of the actual society and the conviction that artists their representatives have formed about it. By using the tool of self-portraits we want to direct the attention of our participants to the most important part of the community – the individual – ourselves. We will introduce the participants of this YE to the development of this genre on the basis of the works of famous artists within different historical contexts of our European history. We will then together become familiar with drawing techniques of self-portraits, with the importane of the composition of details. This YE will empower the participants to position themselves into the midth of their community. They will learn to define that role and to express their hopes and expectations but also their fears as citizens of a united Europe. In order to create an inspirational atmosphere and to catch the muse, participants will visit ateliers, will meet different alternative artists and street art performers in Potsdam and Berlin. Self-portraits made by participants will be exhibited in an own organized and advertised exhibition in the city centre of Potsdam.
